Do I need to stay with my child during group sessions?
No — children can attend groups on their own. Our team provides full supervision and support throughout the session. You’re welcome to wait in our reception area or return at pick-up time.
Who can pick up my child after a session?
Children will only be released to a nominated adult listed on your enrolment form. If staff don’t recognise the person, they’ll ask for photo ID until we know your family well.
What should I bring to a group session?
Please pack any essentials your child might need — such as a water bottle, any required medication, or comfort items. We provide all therapy resources, activities and snacks.
